I am a German Shepherd dog (GSD), named Schatz, which is German for sweetheart.I am 8 months old and weigh over 80lbs. I am strong like Goliath, but inside I am as pure and sweet as David.
My parents adopted me when I was 8 weeks old and it was not long after that I started showing my Mom how smart I was by sitting on command and doing some tricks. Mom knew I was a GREAT GSD and decided to get me specialized training with Gina, Bone-afide dog training when I was almost 5 months old.
I have a deep love of learning and want to work really hard, all the while I maintain my sturdy personality and nothing really phases me (even when my Mom gets nervous when we are testing for certificates). I love working with Gina and get so excited when she comes to train me, it’s always fun and mentally stimulating. Mom loves it because she is left with so many tools to work with me and keep me busy. Over the last 3 1/2 months I have earned my STAR PUPPY and CGC. I can’t wait to see what Mom and Gina have in store for me next, but I am sure we will share my next accomplishments with you!
